What counts as an emergency?
Some situations always warrant immediate care: difficulty breathing, bloating with unproductive retching, suspected poisoning, severe trauma, prolonged seizures, inability to urinate, or any sudden severe change in behaviour. When in doubt, call us: we’d rather hear from you than have you wait.
